We are a solid, stable team looking for an experienced Receptionist as we prepare for a significant growth in customer volumes. Team dynamic is incredibly important to us in our 3-chair practice. The Opportunity: We have a versatile, exciting and rewarding opportunity at our North Rocks, NSW practice available for Dental Receptionists seeking casual work: Modern dental practice with 3 chairs running a wide range of dental treatments Convenient location with free onsite parking Friendly, fun and dedicated team Meet and greet patients, providing a great first impression Book and amend appointments, answering the phone, updating patient records Supporting the Practice Manager and clinical team with the smooth running of the practice Making patients aware of dental services and offers Handling payments Accessing sensitive information whilst maintaining patient confidentiality High-end patient care; building & maintaining relationships with all clients in a friendly & warm manner You'll be: Available to work casual on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday (9.5 hours per day) Previous Dental Reception experience will be highly regarded but not essential You're a motivated self-starter, this is a fast paced and dynamic role Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Passionate about customer service and patient care Organised with attention to detail Ability to build rapport with patients, in a cheerful, light-hearted manner At Bupa your wellbeing, identity, and personal story are respected and valued.
